The purpose of the company is to offer advice regarding the introduction and maintenance of EN ISO certification for quality management and all areas of business optimisation, based on efficient processes. In addition, an intranet-based online manual called WIKIpro has been developed, in which SMEs can document and continue to develop their processes.
