In 2015, a silent partnership was entered into in relation to the Rudolfplatz/Hahnenstrasse project. Participation in the project earnings is arranged such that the silent lenders’ loans are repaid first from the liquidity surplus, together with interest. It is a commercial property of a renowned German property developer in a prime location in Cologne.
