In 2012, a plot purchase agreement was acquired together with the building contractor Friedrich Wassermann for an ambitious residential project in the Braunsfeld district of Cologne. Fortunately, public disclosure of the development plan was passed by the local planning committee in March 2015 and by the Cologne district office in April 2015. Planning permission was then granted in December 2015. A balanced urban development solution that met the requirements was achieved in consultation with all the neighbours.
